Served with fresh tomato basil concasse Intermezzo sorbet

Lobster Risotto
Sauteed Lobster meat with wild mushrooms finished with a saffron risotto

Roast Filet Migion of beef with Caramelized wild mushroom and onions with Cabernet sauvignon reduction
